The Toronto Centre for Positive Psychology, founded in 2010, provides education on positive psychology to organizations, schools, couples and individuals. TCPPSY provides courses, talks, seminars, and workshops designed to enhance our clients’ movement towards greater well-being and happier, more fulfilled lives.
The mission of the Toronto Centre for Positive Psychology is to improve the quality of people’s lives by focusing on strengths that promote positive emotion, engagement, positive relationships, meaning, and accomplishment. Based on the science of positive psychology, TCPPSY promotes corporate, community, family, and individual thriving.
The Toronto Centre for Positive Psychology was founded by psychologist, Dr. Tami Kulbatski, to help bridge the gap between academic research and it’s accessibility to the general public. Based on the premise that research should not be confined to academic journals, TCPPSY brings the relevance of research findings to people at the societal, collective and individual levels.
